Collaborators can reset your password via our self-service Password Management Tool. Please note that if your account has been set up properly, all Challenge Questions and Answers should have been completed. If you did not establish a set of Challenge Questions and Answers to enable self-service password management, you must contact the Eli Lilly Service Desk.
