The Lilly Supplier Diversity Development staff is always looking to expand the diversity of our supply base. We actively participate in trade shows, match-making events and other business card exchanges.

We are active in the many local, regional and national organizations that assist diverse and/or small businesses. Lilly is represented on the boards of the national and regional minority supplier development councils, as well as regional women’s business organizations. We were instrumental in the establishment of the National Pharmaceutical Supplier Diversity Forum and the central Indiana HUsB Coordinators. These activities develop strategic alliances and increase business opportunities for diverse suppliers in our industry and in our community.
