Spend time with the kids, get breakfast ready, and take kids to school.

I spend the first little while checking e-mails and responding.

Go through the problems submitted by the system users we support and deal with these problems.

12:00 pm

I usually have lunch with friends at one of the three cafeterias we have at the Lilly Corporate Center.

1:00 pm

I have a variety of business meetings involving system users’ request and dealing with business partners to ensure the system is performing correctly and upgraded as necessary.

5:00 pm

Check and respond to e-mails.
