Q. Does Lilly offer visas or work permits?In most cases, Lilly does not offer visas or work permits. You will need to have work authorization for the country for which you wish to work unless otherwise stated in the description of the position. Q. If I live outside of the listed sales territory of a particular job, will I be considered?Although we prefer candidates to live within a 50-mile radius of the listed territory for job convenience, you may apply for any position of interest that meets the qualifications. Q. What information is needed for me to apply to a sales position?When you apply for a sales position you will be asked to complete a pre-employment screen. Should you be pursued further, you may be asked to provide official college transcripts and information needed for background and driving checks. Q. The next phase takes place in Indianapolis, where you will learn more about Lilly, its products, and what will be expected of you in the field. You'll update your skills at specific intervals throughout your career. Q. What can I expect the recruiting process to be like?After you've expressed interest in Lilly, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment screen on our website. If your qualifications meet our needs, you will be contacted by a member of our recruiting staff for a telephone interview.
