Our Manufacturing department encompasses roles in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Science and Technology, as well as, Operations/Skilled Craft/Technician (see below). We seek professionals with graduate degrees in operations and/or scientific areas; technological undergraduate expertise in areas such as chemistry, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering; or associate training in chemical technology, biotechnology or a related field. Opportunities exist in manufacturing strategy, procurement, supply chain management, global device delivery, operations management and Lilly Research Laboratories.

Quality

As part of our Quality team, you’ll have the opportunity to touch all phases of our product pipeline, while impacting patient safety. From development, intermediate scale-up, and large-scale manufacturing, to parenteral and dry products packaging, and purchasing raw materials, you will uphold our reputation for providing quality products.

You will impact our success by ensuring our finished products meet regulatory expectations and corporate quality objectives, from the initial stage of discovery science through to the pharmacist’s shelf and beyond. We seek out professionals with degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related science, or quality assurance or control experience.
