American talent and facilitate the launch of Lilly as the growth pharmaceutical

After many years as the African American Forum, the AAN was formed
in 2002 to promote and increase awareness of African American talent
at Lilly. The AAN also partners with upper management to facilitate
leadership opportunities for African Americans.
Goals
- To increase awareness of African American talent at Lilly
- To promote personal accountability for promotion and retention
of African American talent
- To partner with upper management to facilitate leadership opportunities
for African Americans
Activities
Through activities like establishing virtual connectivity among its
members, offering educational programs and a speaker series, and focused
networking for the sales force, the AAN promotes personal accountability
for promotion and retention of Lilly’s African American workforce.
