Affinity Groups

Employee groups are a vital partner in our diversity strategy. They help us build competencies in specific cultural areas. In addition, they provide a channel for Lilly employees to connect with other employees with common backgrounds. Several employee-led affinity groups have been established. The purpose of these groups is to:

  • Support Lilly values and business goals, including the company's commitment to foster an inclusive work environment
  • Provide networking opportunities among employees with a common interest or culture
  • Create learning opportunities for Lilly employees and/or management
