Internships are located at our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, and last 12 weeks, from May until September. We choose interns who are top performers and who can uphold the Lilly values and exemplify our global standards of leadership. Interns are matched to projects based on our business needs and their skills and interests. A Lilly internship is a practical learning experience that’ll give you the opportunity to work on meaningful projects at one of the world's top pharmaceutical companies. You’ll meet and interact with Lilly executives and participate in Lilly courses especially designed to help students learn specific, targeted skills. One of the best ways to apply for a Lilly internship is to interview with our recruiting teams when they visit your campus. If you attend a school where our interview teams do not visit, you can apply online. The application deadline for summer internships is mid-March, however, the application process begins as early as November on campus.
