MBAs are generally hired within our Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Manufacturing Operations departments. MBA Internships

Do you want to be a part of a heritage of innovation and a dynamic global community? If so, an MBA Internship with Lilly is for you.

Our MBA Internships are a great way for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you. Throughout the 10- to 12-week internship, you’ll gain a hands-on knowledge of Lilly and the pharmaceutical industry by working on projects designed to solve business critical issues. Your knowledge will be furthered with structured Lunch & Learn seminars, our Action Learning Development program, and the guidance of a career coach who will work one-on-one with you to discuss potential career paths.

One of the best ways to apply for an MBA internship is to interview with our recruiting teams when they visit your campus. If you attend a school where our interview teams do not visit, you can apply online. The application deadline for summer internships is mid-March; however, the application process begins as early as November on campus.
