International MBAs
Without question, Lilly is an international company. With almost half of Lilly’s employee base located outside of the United States, almost half of our sales coming from outside of the United States, and 70 affiliate offices worldwide, we seek International MBAs from the Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource disciplines to be global leaders.
Growing our international business is a top corporate priority. Since business growth drives opportunity, we are seeking International MBAs for Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Taiwan, Turkey, and Venezuela. We look for individuals who are authorized to work in the country for which we are recruiting for we do not offer sponsorship opportunities. You would start work in your home country and then, based on your experiences, performances, and business needs, take on assignments that best align with your career goals.

We do this by partnering with you to customize a career path that incorporates your skills, interests, and personal and professional goals, while meeting the business needs of the company. You will also participate in our Lilly Leadership Development Program (LLDP), a global initiative focused on providing creative experiences to grow your leadership skills. This program allows you to interact with executive leaders, work on challenging projects with other MBAs, get exposure to the broader Lilly organization/component strategies, and participate in a formal corporate mentoring program.
