Our MBA marketing internship program is our key vehicle to recruiting full-time marketing talent. Throughout a 10-week internship in Indianapolis, you'll gain hands-on knowledge of Lilly and the pharmaceutical industry by working on marketing projects designed to solve business-critical issues.
Lilly is dedicated to developing our people. In addition to the Lilly Leadership Development Program (LLDP), new Lilly marketers will gain key marketing experiences through a 2-year rotational program.
