Lilly works with various targeted schools to conduct on-campus interviews in a variety of discipline areas. We invite you to check the recruiting event schedule for your area of interest to determine if we will be visiting your campus. If we are not visiting your school, please search through the open campus positions and submit your resume directly online.

Lilly recruiting teams may conduct on-campus interviews in search of top student talent for intern positions and full-time employment.
An initial match is made between the open jobs and candidates meeting the requirements for the position.
Resumes received through our website are reviewed and screened for key talent.
Selected students are invited to come to Lilly for on-site interviews before offers are made.
