For the fifth consecutive year, Lilly was named to DiversityInc’s “Top 50 Companies for Diversity” list, which recognizes corporate diversity best practices. Additionally, Lilly received one of the DiversityInc specialty honors, being named a Top 10 Company for LGBT employees, for the second year in a row.
Lilly a Top 50 Company for Women in APEC
The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Policy Partnership on Women and the Economy has named Lilly one of the “50 Leading Companies for Women” in the APEC region and beyond. The award recognizes positive efforts by companies to improve women’s leadership opportunities in the workplace in promoting women to managerial positions, senior leadership and decision-making roles; expanding the recruitment, retention, career development and professional experience of women; and creating a culture of diversity and inclusion.
