The independent providers found on Lilly.com could complement your current primary care team or be an alternative to in-person care for certain conditions. In some cases, you may not have access to a specialist in your area or would like a second opinion. With options available, you can connect with providers that you may not have access to otherwise.

Lilly is not receiving any compensation from these third-party service providers for referrals and third-party service providers are not paid by Lilly to promote Lilly products.

Do the independent providers listed on Lilly.com only prescribe Lilly medicines?

The providers that are available via Lilly.com are independent. They will use their own clinical judgement when treating patients. All care is provided based on the specific needs of the individual patient.

Independent providers may prescribe a Lilly medicine, a medicine made by another company, a different type of treatment, or make other recommendations.

What is the “Find in-person care” search tool, and how is it different from telehealth?

The “Find in-person care” search tool is provided by healthdirect, an independent service provider. The tool allows you to search for an independent healthcare professional near you. The search results will provide in-person care options.

While some of the providers may also offer telehealth visits, the main goal is in-person care. Telehealth available through healthdirect is different and separate from the telehealth-only providers listed at Lilly.com.
