After priming your pen and delivering your injection by pushing down on the dose knob, you can confirm you have received the full dose by looking at the dose window:
  • Confirm the “0” icon is in the dose window (see image above).
  • If you see the “0” icon in the dose window, you have received the full dose.
  • If you do not see the “0” icon in the dose window, insert the needle back in your skin and finish your injection. Do not redial the dose.
  • If you still do not think you received the full dose, do not start over or repeat the injection. Call Lilly at 1-888-545-5972 or your healthcare provider for help.
