Patients can self-enroll to access support services and work toward their treatment goals at https://www.mymounjaro.ca.

The program offers:

  • Financial assistance options, regardless of insurance coverage
  • Reimbursement navigation to help patients find the prior authorization form for their private insurance
  • Adherence support
