The Zepbound KwikPen is a disposable multi-dose single-patient-use prefilled pen for subcutaneous use. The KwikPen contains 4 fixed doses of 0.6 mL, one dose taken weekly.

The Zepbound KwikPen Instructions for Use do not provide instructions for dialing a dose less than the full fixed dose, and therefore this is not recommended.

After 4 weekly doses covering a month of treatment, or 30 days after first use of the KwikPen, throw away the KwikPen even though it has medication left in it.
