Password not working?

  • All passwords are case-sensitive. Check to make sure Caps Lock is off.
  • If you copied and pasted your LillyNet user ID or password, try manually typing them in, or vice versa. Don't mix up an "I" (capital 'i') with an "l" (lower-case 'L') or a zero with a capital "O".

Is there anything that will prevent me from using LillyNet?

  • You must have a valid Lilly account. If you are not authorized to access Lilly systems, access will be denied.
  • The computer you're using must allow LillyNet systems to install software that will monitor and remove temporary files (clear cache) at logoff. If this cannot be installed, access to LillyNet will be denied for security reasons.
