Brittany Ocubillo

Associate Vice President – HR, Eli Lilly and Company (India) Pvt. Ltd

Brittany leads the Human Resources function, overseeing operations across Lilly’s three sites in Gurugram, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

Since joining Lilly in 2009, Brittany has held diverse roles across human resources, ethics and compliance, and commercial operations. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Director HR for Lilly’s International Business Unit (IBU), supporting talent and leaders across 140 countries.

Brittany began her career at Lilly as an intern in the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office. She later transitioned into sales before moving into Human Resources, where she specialized in investigations, U.S. promotional matters, and ethics and compliance advisory.
