Manish leads Lilly’s new technology and innovation site in Hyderabad. He leads operations for this strategic hub, which focuses on building advanced digital and technology capabilities to enhance efficiency across Lilly’s global operations. His role includes integrating cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and automation to strengthen Lilly’s overall digital ecosystem.

Manish has led global initiatives across IT, digital transformation, and manufacturing, with leadership roles in China, Denmark, and the United States. This is his second stint with Lilly; in an earlier role he served as Global Senior Director for Manufacturing and Quality IT.

Prior to joining Lilly, he spent nearly three years at Novo Nordisk, leading global IT and automation teams and launching a strategic function to enhance production performance and standardization.
