Narinder leads technology at Lilly’s sites in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, driving the enterprise technology agenda with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, advanced analytics, product engineering, and automation.

Narinder joined Lilly in 2002 and most recently served as CIO for Lilly Japan, transforming the affiliate into a digital innovation hub. He has also held international leadership roles across Lilly Hong Kong, Japan, and the U.S, shaping the company’s evolving technology strategy.

Prior to joining Lilly, Narinder spent eight years with IBM India as a techno-functional consultant, delivering enterprise solutions across the pharmaceutical, FMCG, engineering, and textile industries.
