Winselow Tucker

Winselow Tucker is President and General Manager at Eli Lilly and Company (India) Pvt. Ltd. Winselow oversees Lilly’s operations under the “One India” strategic framework, directing end-to-end commercial operations and leading the company’s sites in Bengaluru and Hyderabad—critical hubs that drive enterprise-wide innovation, digital solutions, and operational support for Lilly’s businesses across international markets.

Winselow joined Lilly in 2022 as Group Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Lilly Oncology. In this role, he spearheaded global commercialization efforts and developed strategies for advancing Lilly’s oncology portfolio, focusing on innovative treatments in cancer care.

Prior to joining Lilly, Winselow was Senior Vice President, Intercontinental, at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he oversaw a diverse region spanning more than 50 countries across five continents. Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Winselow held senior positions of increasing responsibility, leading teams in the U.S. and globally at Celgene and Novartis.
