Jamere Jackson

Jamere Jackson, chief financial officer of AutoZone, Inc., was elected to the Eli Lilly and Company board of directors in 2016.
Prior to joining AutoZone, Jackson was chief financial officer of Hertz Global Holdings Inc. Before joining Hertz, he held the chief financial officer position at Nielsen Holdings plc. Jackson also spent nearly 10 years at General Electric in a variety of financial leadership roles in GE Corporate, GE Aviation, and GE Oil and Gas. Prior to joining GE, he held several roles in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning at Procter & Gamble, Yum Brands (Pizza Hut), First Data Corporation and Total System Services.
Jackson received his bachelor's degree in finance and business economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1990 and is a certified public accountant.
