What to expect when you call the Solution Center:

It should only take a few minutes to find the affordability option that’s right for you. When you call, you’ll speak with a live, U.S.-based health care professional, answer a few questions, and receive the solution that best fits your needs.

Our representatives will take a minimal amount of personal information—only enough to get our solutions to you.

We may ask you to provide the following information:

  • Basic contact information (to provide you with the co-pay card)

  • Date of birth

  • If you have an active prescription at a pharmacy

  • Income, to determine what level of assistance you qualify for; we have support for all levels of income

  • Insurance information

  • Whether you are a U.S. resident, as our program is available only to people who live in the United States

We’re committed to reducing out-of-pocket costs for people using insulin. Anyone can purchase Lilly insulin for $35 or less a month,* whether they are uninsured or use commercial insurance, Medicaid, or are enrolled in a participating Medicare Part D plan.
