Lilly UK became our first affiliate business to open outside of the US in 1934.

Our UK headquarters is located in Basingstoke and we have an additional research and development site in Bracknell.

For more than 90 years, we have remained committed to bringing innovative medicines to UK patients. We currently market 22 medicines in the UK and have more than 50 potential medicines currently in development.

Our UK operations have played a central role in our company’s global development. We have around 700 talented employees across the UK, working in roles such as regulatory affairs, medical affairs, marketing and communications.

Lilly is committed to partnering with the Government, NHS and wider health system to help build an environment that encourages innovation and allows cutting-edge treatments to reach patients as quickly as possible.
