Lilly has a considerable R&D and manufacturing presence located across four sites in Europe: Fegersheim, France; Sesto Fiorentino, Italy; Kinsale, Ireland and Alcobendas, Spain. With two additional sites in development in Limkerick, Ireland and Alzey, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
