Lilly’s medical information resources are available to answer questions about our medicines, products and services, and for reporting side effects and product complaints.

Medical information cannot provide medical advice and individuals with questions on personal medical matters should always talk to their doctor or other healthcare professional.

The Medical Information team can also help connect healthcare professionals with our customer-focused teams. Lilly's Medical Science Liaisons serve as a resource for in-depth medical or scientific information for healthcare professionals and can discuss clinical areas of focus or research interests with healthcare professionals.
