Transparency Reports

At Lilly we are committed to upholding the highest levels of integrity in how we work with healthcare professionals, members of the public, healthcare organisations and patient organisations, and to ensuring our relationships are always transparent and our involvement in any activities or campaigns is clear.

To help us achieve our goals of increasing financial transparency, from 1 January 2024 we have changed the legal basis of how we disclose the transfers of value we provide to healthcare professionals from specific individual consent to 'legitimate interest'. This means that any transfers of value that we have made to HCPs after 1 January 2024 will be publicly disclosed on an individually named basis with an exception of individual cases, where based on the objection it is concluded that individual interests override the industry’s legitimate interest for transparency.
